The Face In The Wall

The construction crew drilled a hole in the wall in the center stairwell, for some unknown reason. Then they filled the hole up with this red stuff. From the side, it looks like 1/2 a face. But whose face is it. With the "flames" on the top, and the long thin "beard" could it be Satan?
